ABOUT THE YOGA GYM
At The Yoga Gym classes are designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness, fitness enthusiasts, and athletes alike. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, yoga classes blend balance, strength, flexibility and power utilizing an eclectic mix of traditional hatha yoga poses drawn from Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Viniyoga practices. The Yoga Gym class intends to deliver a practical, user-friendly style of yoga that is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any age and level of fitness.

Annie has always enjoyed the holistic benefits of Yoga and has always had a passion to learn more about this unique form of exercise. She has practiced Yoga herself on and off for a period of years. Annie loves the fact that Yoga can be whatever you want it to be; it can help strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and help one to find their inner self. Annie enjoys sharing this gift of yoga with all that are willing to receive it.
