About Classes

NIA:
Nia is a dance class that incorporates the essence of three martial art forms and three healing art forms. Nia supports the natural design of the body and encourages everyone to move freely and experience the simple joy of movement. No past dance experience needed.

BEGINNING FLOW:
Appropriate for all levels, although geared for beginners, this class will bring us back to the basics as we fine tune our alignment, breath and transitional flow. Classes will incorporate sequence/pose breakdown of sun salutations, moon salutations, warrior flow series and many more. We’ll also explore how the use of blocks, straps and the wall can improve our body alignment and learn new tools for quieting the mind.

YOGA FLOW:
This 60 or 75-minute mixed-level class offers a balanced blend of warm-up, work, and cool-down during which students have the opportunity to tailor their practice to best suit their individual needs.

PILATES:
Pilates is a safe non-impact system of exercises which strengthens and tightens the abdominal muscles while protecting your lower back, aiding in injury prevention, posture and spinal health. Pilates results in long, lean strong but flexible muscles and the movements and breath are designed to leave you refreshed not exhausted

FORM FLOW:
This 60 minute class, geared for beginners, but is open to all as modifications for the more experienced will be offered. Classes will incorporate centering through breath work, a gentle warm up and cool down, sun salutations, attention to alignment,
and flow. A wonderful way to end the week.

YOGA STRETCH AND CORE STRENGTH: Designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and tone. For a complete workout that will guide you into developing renewed energy, a stronger body, and a calm, focused mind.

ZUMBA: is a fusion of latin music and high energy dance moves designed to be so fun and easy you forget you are working out. Yet Zumba is an incredibly effective cardio, toning, and calorie/fat burning program

$10 drop in or $80 for 10 pass to any class
